Looking for job opportunities (Memphis: maintenance, military, retiring)

Looking for good job opportunities in the Memphis surrounding areas. Any advice and recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I'm currently in the Navy and will be retiring after 23 years of service at the end of the year. Here are some of my skills and qualifications I have attained while serving my country:

1. Leadership/Management - Supervised up to 70 personnel. Proven ability to communicate effectively in diverse backgrounds and environments

2. Quick learner and very proactive.

3. Computer Skills - Good working knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

4. Loyalty/Professionalism - 23 years of superior performance to the U.S Navy and maintained good order and discipline.

5. Multi-tasked, met deadlines and able to make difficult decision in stressful situations.

6. Enforced 100 percent of company policies and procedures.

7. Protected highly sensitive equipment value at 9.5M dollars.

8. Active Security Clearance.

What kind of job did you do in the Navy (logistics, military police, maintenance, etc)? Your best bet would be to continue working in that field. There are probably many employers who would love to snatch up an applicant with 20 years experience in their field.

Without knowing what you did in the Navy, I think you are going to get alot of responses about what other people enjoy. Your qualifications are somewhat vague.
