I'm looking as well and the Villas look very nice. Is it Preserve or Reserve? I can't find a Reserve in that area. Can you post links to their sites?

I went to Memphis this past weekend to apartment hunt. Both are nice and in safe areas. The Preserve is just far away from things to do in town, as it is in Collierville. I haven't read the reviews, but my friend loves The Preserve, they offer a lot of amenities. From what I saw, traffic could be a nightmare in the evening. I also went to Harbor Town on Mud Island, NICE! But the apartments are relatively small.

How do they handle flooding on Mud Island? I don't see any flood walls or anything like that.

Floods have to reach record numbers to ever threaten property. We had the worst flooding probably ever last summer and very little property on mud-island was actually affected.
