Hi! Does anyone have experience leasing with flats/apartments developed by Henry Turley? Particularly the repurposed buildings in downtown, namely Barboro Flats, Cornerstone Flats, Van Vleet and Radio Station Flats? We'll be contacting them to inquire but I'm curious to find out how much rent is- there are no prices given on the website which makes me think that they are very expensive.

My husband and I are moving to Memphis in July and are really interested in living downtown.

Thanks in advance!

My wife and I live in the Lofts at South Bluffs, it has been a good experience. I would expect that those apartments run in the $1500 range.

I think you're pretty close with your estimate of the rent, Shack D. There are certainly more affordable places to live downtown. One that comes to mind pretty readily is the Renaissance Apartments building. The building itself is terribly ugly, but all units have balconies with views, there's a decent enough pool (with a view of the river), and the rent is probably about the cheapest there is downtown.
