Good to see this redevelopment of Memphis' tallest building (for now at least), is still moving forward.

Great stuff here!

If the redevelopment of 100 North Main happens, lots of additional investment and development could pour into downtown Memphis.

This could be the project that energizes and kickstarts the revitalization of the downtown core.

One Beale is finally moving forward after a decade + of "planning," with concrete, definitive commitments from brands and actual date to start the groundbreaking.

Breaking ground in January 2019!

Renderings released for the Memphis Loews Hotel.

Pretty sleek design--will be a really nice addition to the Memphis skyline.

This project is even more impressive when you realize Loews Hotels are very selective of the cities they locate in, and are only in a handful of US cities.

Memphis is at the beginning of a bigger boom, I think. As long as the economy stays humming, Memphis will hopefully continue to get this type of investment.

These type of dense, urban live/work/entertainment areas are hugely popular now and are part of what drive millennials and gen x to live inside city limits of cities.

Amazing land for Memphis! I am pumped to track this progress.

I am glad to see this type of development. I will be really happy when I see the amenities thriving and the neighborhood bustling with people.
