so can anyone recomend one?? I am trying to find one to work with, but have found there are a few and each only has a few houses at a time. I really dont want to have to line up a bunch of houses via craigslist to come see. It' be so much easier of a rental company could do that for me!! I want ONLY Midtown and East Memphis properties!

I go through Revid. I've heard some iffy things about them, but they've always done me pretty well. They even gave me a brand new air conditioner before I even moved in.
I believe most of their properties are in Midtown (which is where you want to live anyway, trust
).

Revid Realty . You would click on the "looking for a home to rent" link. I think they have youtube videos of some of the properties, but I'm not sure which ones. It's a pretty easy to use website.
