Hello all, I'm moving to the Memphis area soon and my job is paying up to 30 days of temporary lodging. I originally planned to stay at a hotel (which you all helped me out on a previous post from awhile back). However, another coworker of mine is staying at a really nice bed and breakfast place in somerville for $50 a night, so it got me thinking.

I saw this: http://otthon.csi.hu/mw/janice/loft.html in downtown Memphis near bealstreet. The lady lists it at $1450 a week but since i'd be a long term customer it could be reduced at $700 a week. I am having a hard time trying to find places like this around arlington/bartlett/lakeland or in the shelby area in general.

Does anyone have any recommendations for furnshed short-term rental properties? Preferably in the Arlington area or within a 30min commute to millington.

Thanks in advanced.
