some how or another i got on this nice man named whit's email list, he sends it out every few weeks of what homes they have available for rent. i have not done business with him before, just a few phone conversations when i was looking for a new home. i'm sure if you, or anyone else for that matter, emails him and asks for a list of what homes he has for rent, he will send you one.

Another thought would be to look in the Commercial Appeal or Memphis Flyer under apartments/houses for rent. Look in the Mid-Town section for a garage apartment or guest house
