Her books are all listed on Amazon.com. You can read the reader reviews to find the books that appeal to you in your circumstances. Codependency happens when we care more about others than we care about ourselves. Healthy detachment from others is important. You can recover from the overcare you are experiencing...it will take some time getting to know yourself and making yourself your first priority. Reading the books will definitely help.
