about 10 years ago i was diagnosed with a concussion when a friend threw a solid clay ball in the air and landed on my head. i distinctly remember the sound of radio wave frequencies and a beeeeep sound in my head.
i remember the days after when i felt just out of it, it was hard to do anything.
suddenly, out of nowhere, i am beginning to feel that way except its not as bad. my head feels tired and cumbersome. my ears continue to plug for some reason. i dont hear noises like i did before with my first concussion, but symptoms seem similar.
im wondering how easy it is to get another concussion with no physical blow to the head involved.
Not all concussions are caused by a physical blow to the head. Just because you fel similar to when you had a concussion does not mean that what you are experiencing now is also a concussion. Seek professional medical attention. It may be nothing and it may be something serious.
Lot of people at work feel similar., think its a nasty bug
