I downloaded the tapping exercises from the website that was posted. I like the way it feels, I tap lots and lots of times on each spot. It wasn't specific on how many times to tap. I could tap all day. I need more specific information to be of benefit to me and my ailments. But it feels great. I use all four fingertips on some of the areas.
tasmtairy,if you feel comfortable tapping many times on one spot it's good.
I usually tap 3 to five times on each spot.I go around 7 to ten times.
tapping too much will make my tip of my fingers sore. Tap with your right finger tips on the right side, you can alternate with the left side. My friend says you can tap with both hands, when you tap your chest you tap your left chest with right finger, vice versa, tap your left hand under your arm pit,and vice versa. You 'll get used to it in no time!
It's how much you want to do.

I am back to this subject again because yesterday morning I woke up with a pulled muscle on my right leg,I woke up and when I streched my legs the right leg muscle just felt a pull.Couldn't walk and I was limping, last night was really painful,so I started tapping for at least 30 min, then I went to sleep, this morning the pain is 99 percent gone,it still has a little effect, so anyone tried it again, or was forgotten?
dragonten...Much as I would like to contribute to this thread and share successful tapping stories, most of them are in the past. Since I've discovered TAT & ZPoint I've been using those techniques with better success and they are easier to do....not that tapping is hard, by any means.
The technique that I use most often is actually a combination of the EFT even though statement and ZPoint. I use a template that goes like this:
Even though ( whatever )....All is well and I'm OK <cue word>
An actual statement looks like this: Even though I'm down in the dumps today, All is well and I'm OK. < Then I reapeat my cue word for 15 seconds >
Hey,this is what I do too! I wasn't just tapping,I also said the way you did
My friend who introduced me to it,taught me to tap and say all these things, yeah it works really well. thanks!
When I use this technique I don't do any tapping. I replace the tapping with the silent repetition of my ZPoint cue word. Most of the time I'm using it in a situation ( at work ) where I'd come across as some weirdo if I started tapping. The people I work with already think I'm pretty weird, no need to give them more fuel.
