I'm not a therapist and don't have any training in that area, but the behavior you're describing is fairly common for people with autism or Asperger syndrome. Have you done any online research into those conditions? If you're seeking a diagnosis, that might be a place to start.

I'm sorry your mom isn't more supportive. She's probably doing the best she can. I hope you can get some help.

Like I said, I'm no expert. But the jumping up and down in your room while wearing headphones sounds like something that someone on the autism spectrum might do.
