I feel exhausted tonight, I slept from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm today. Hubby's surgery went very well. We had to be at the hospital at 5:45 am,surgery was at 7:30 am and we were home by 11:00 am. He has some pain but over all he said he feels pretty good. The anesthtesia did not bother him one bit or make him sick to his stomach. In fact when I saw him in recovery he was sitting up and joking with the nurses so that was a good sign. I am going to bed shortly. It's 10:00 pm where I am.

I slept until 8:30 this morning. I went to bed about 11:00 pm last night. I feel rested now. Hubby is doing great. He did not need a pain pill today. He's up and moving around which is amazing because I know others who have had the same surgery and did not get out of bed for 2 days. He's been up and moving since yesterday afternoon.

lubby...I'm glad your husband is recovering so quickly. Good that you got some rest...I'm kind of in shock. One of my neighbors had a massive heart attack and died instantly this morning. He was a few years younger than me. Hard to believe that he is gone now. Sad!
