I have been being treated for Depression for 2-months. I've been prescribed Lexapro, Abilify, Xanax and Ambien for Sleep. I have never been so tired in my life. I can barely move, or walk, or go up the stairs.
On top of having no motivation to do anything, I realized that even if I wanted to, I would be unable to
do anything. I need to find work, but am in no condition to hold down a job.

Is there anything I can do ..... ?

Xanax AND Ambien?

How do you even wake up?

Seriously?

stan4 is right...

That is quite an arsenal of meds you have there...anti-dep ok but Xanax AND Ambien would put most people out for hours upon hours.

Did the same MD prescribe ALL of these, or are you seeing 2 different MDs? It would seem you could use either Xanax or Ambien but not both...

which is worse, anxiety/Xanax
or sleep issues/Ambien?

Talk with your MD

Yes, the same MD (Psychiatrist) prescribed all of these medications. I think I need to nix the Ambien and use the Xanax PRN only. I think this will bring about a positive change. Right now I'm just to exhausted, tired and fatigued. I can't get
anything done ..... Thanks for the input.

Woah, don't just nix the Xanax. you need to speak to your doctor about it because you can serious withdrawals from the Xanax. You have to taper off most of the time, unless you've only been on it a short, short period of time. Again, speak to your doctor and don't quit taking any medication cold turkey.

It seems to me that you should Nix that doctor.
Find one that does NLP if you can find one in your area.

Do a search for "NLP and depression".
You will find many interesting articles. Here's one:
