Effexor isn't on your list but I've been on the extended relief ones for almost 10 years. Saved my life. Doc says I'll probably need to stay on them the rest of my life too, which is fine by me because I don't want the withdrawals.

It cant change past events,but it can help with how you view them. Not so traumatic..

It's amazing how these medications can still be effective after long term use. I have a cousin whose been on Paxil for nearly twenty years.
