I have horrible sleep habits, Usually don't get to sleep til 3 or 4 am. Then up by 8-9 am. Everyday I take at least 2 one hour naps. I rarely exercise and am in pretty good health says my doctor. First off...I don't know any napping old timers that look like the woman in the article....hmmmmm.....coulda, should, woulda....key words at the end say "if further evidence bares this out"......I don't believe any of it...big pile of malarkey far as I'm concerned

I used to have sleep apnea, but no longer have it (according to the doctors) however I still need naps. I don't sleep well at night. What is a person supposed to do?
