Any recommendations for inpatient treatment facilities for PTSD?

For PTSD specific facilities, perhaps located in other cities than where you live, search google.com for the following words...

PTSD inpatient treatment

I found a couple of links with that search that had all sorts of comments from people...

Aside from the VA, There are no other inpatient programs for PTSD, unless the person also has a substance abuse problem.

While that may be true, it doesn't necessarily address the PTSD. In fact, it may be detrimental to someone in a fragile state.
