...And I hardly recognize myself. What I wanted to share specifically is how much better I'm sleeping. I thought I needed caffeine to wake up, but now that I'm 75% off the stuff I wake up before the alarm goes off. And I don't lie awake all night raving to myself about some unsolved problem. And when I wake up, I'm RESTED.
The other unexpected bonus is how little pain I have. I've gone from aching all over so I can hardly exercise to really feeling good. How long has this been going on!?
