Thanks for replying to my threads. Here is the background. This forum gave many insights.


My Dr suggest to start SSRI to get relief from OCD and increase serotonin levels.


I am a vegan. Are there ways to boost serotonin levels without SSRIs?


Did anybody from this forum got relief from OCD without going after SSRIs?



As I find diagnosed anxiety bringing additional challenges thru therapy.
