Interesting what you said about milk. I had stopped using milk for years then recently started having cravings, and on bad days sometimes that and bread was all I could get in my stomach. I'm surprised the Dr didn't give the friend a few valium for the withdrawal or had him withdrawal so fast. In states were it's legal Pot helps tremendously for withdrawal and many people maintain all sorts of problems with Pot. In those states they have organic derivatives in pill form used in many hospitals on the west coast, some with low THC and high in other elements of the herb that help sick people. To bad they banned it in 1937, before that it was considered a miracle cure for hundreds of illnesses. Now its shown to block cancer cell growth. Such a sad thing they deny people it's proper use.
