ADHD, Down Syndrome, ADD How to Tell What You Have? (deal, take)

I am talking to this guy currently and by the looks of his face I could instantly tell that he's not all there.

Like mentally he has either a learning disability or ADHD, Down Syndrome, ADD, just something is not right with him.

I am wondering if any of you could tell what may be his issue.

Why do you care? He appears to be a person with some eccentricities, but he definitely does not have Down Syndrome. Why does this matter to you?

Ask him and there are generally no outward physical signs for ADHD and ADD, Downs Syndrome can be slight to severe outward physical signs. What does it matter though? You are either going to continue to talk to him and be his friend or you aren't. After that if you choose to remain friends you will either be a good friend or you will be the type of "friend" who tries to take advantage of someone who possibly has a disability.
