Google "Counselors" and "Psychologists" in your area together with the words "trauma therapy" and "EMDR". "EMDR" is a technique that's very quick and effective at clearing PTSD. It should only take a few sessions to getting back on track and feeling much better. No discussion of the traumatic events is required; the technique goes directly to the subconscious mind to remove the pain from the memories.
