Does anyone here use a light box? Is it worth the money or is it a total waste of money? I suffer from seasonal depression during the fall and winter months, so I'm hoping this works.
I have a Verilux full spectrum light I use and I take extra Vitamin D supplements that you can find at any store. Getting outside in the middle of the day usually is a good idea as well.
