Somehow this purchase has triggered some issue, some thing deep inside of you that needs to be addressed.

Make an appt with a therapist first thing Monday morning. Do not do anything else until you have.

Your reaction is extreme and requires professional intervention at this point.

I do hold and wake my husband up telling him over and over I love him and need him. This house purchase and feeling ripped off has me in a very bad place and I desperately want out and I feel worse each day. I am so scared of everything. losing everytjkng and not being able to move on and today I feel worse. I am seriously having a very hard time doing anything. just getting my shower, everyday tasks is taking so much push on my end. It's been a month and I feel worse. I would have never bought house. I really want my life back more than anything. my mom is in town and I can't even push myself to do anything. we went to the movies and The whole time I sat there I was scared and stressed. I want my life back so desperately. the simple things like riding bikes and farmers markets and hiking. I can't even do any of that until I fix this. how do I find a good therapist?

how could I go from a happy postive person that was so fun and bubbly to a complete wreck that can't sleep or eat right or even think clearly? I know I need to sell house but I don't want to lose money but I can't imagine spending years here when I am so upset now and feels worse daily. I am sorry I keep posting on here I feel like my life is on hold and in a bad dream. I love my family and everyday want to be better then this but it's out of control and the doctor I saw yesterday said it's the situation I am in and suggested doing small updates but I can't even do things rihjt now that I loved to do before.

Find a therapist now. You are covertly obsessing and spiraling worse and worse. I know it feels overwhelming right now. A therapist will help.

Call your insurance company - they will have a list of therapists on your plan. You need one specializing in anxiety and OCD. Do it first thing tomorrow morning!

Things in life are too easy to get depressed about, define your character and put the effort in to get out of this situation that you yourself brought about. Good luck.
