If everyone keeps replying to the OP's pleas for validation/restitution/justice, OP will not stop posting the 657483893954753 different scenarios depicting why it's everyone else's fault.
If you choose to continue responding to OP, look at it this way......her husband is probably getting a well-deserved mental break from the chaos, you're allowing him recharge in preparation for when she gets off the interwebs
I do want off here and some day to come back and tell u guys good news I swear. I just need some kind of light to look forward to with down the road I will at least get back what I paid and hopefully some of the remodeling costs and wanted someone to explain how my house was comped with an updated. that's all
I am just trying to justify what both my husband and I bought house for was to update so again that's why we thought lowballed only to update otherwise we would not have bought house and let stsined carpet pool and pool decking and out dated ness go
here is a. example my friend told me she paid 40,000 below comps of an updated model of a condo. that's what I mean why didn't our realtor do the comps and help us understand how it works?
There is no justification. You goofed up, plain and simple. Get a grip, or get back on your meds or take up religion. Whatever you do, time move on and deal with it.
OP, you'll get to the light you need IF you go to therapy and stick with it. That's what everyone here is trying to communicate to you, not to be mean, but for your own good. It's obvious to the vast majority that you need help, and that the help you need is not the kind you're asking for.
If you don't get the kind of help you need, you're way too likely to end up in the same kind of situation or worse. And you're certainly in no state to be even thinking about being a seller of a house - there are major decisions to be made when doing that and pressures involved and you need to be on top of your game or you'll make bad decisions again.

Sunshine, Please read over and over again what TexasHorseLady says. Look in the mirror and read it to yourself. She is an experienced Realtor. She points out that you are "in no state to be even thinking about being a seller of a house" and she is right. It would be a financial mistake for your family and it would be a personal mistake for you. You need to focus on getting well so you see things as they are ... not the exaggerated version of reality that you're now experiencing.
