I started by levelling the playing field which meant giving my body and brain all the nutrients they need. Beyond that, I'm still a work in progress but I can say the nutrient therapy has made a huge difference! Zinc and magnesium with B6, L-Theanine and tryptophan and vitamin and mineral supplements (including omega-3).

I have found that walking in the hills was a great therapy (need to get back into that!)

I need a vacation I am really burned out and stressed out. Sparring with gloves on with my SM would be nice too.
