Wednesday night I went to a Friend's and I had a couple glasses of Whiskey & Coke I hardly drink but I wanted to be adventurous I felt that I was in a rut.

The following day I got a hangover which is normal but afterwards I started feeling not like myself, extremely guilty about how much a drank and thoughts of confusion. Its now Friday and I still feel the same last night a realised it was the alcohol that's made me feel like this.

I use to have periods of depression and anxiety but it seems the alcohol and made my tendency to be depressed to bubble to the surface.

I feel awful and even shaking a bit everything feels like a dream.

Has anyone else experienced this? Bearing in mind I hardly if ever drink!

I avoid alcohol during the times which I feel like I'm struggling with my depression and anxiety. Alcohol is a depressant.... it feels like it to me although I cannot say I feel the same way you describe. I also get anxious about building a dependency on that drug (which alcohol is ) in order to cope with my depression.
