Hi so i am feeling something and idk what it is.
It started 19 weeks ago at the movies. i held this girl at the movie and the next day i felt really bad or guilty or something and i remembered something that i did in my past and i felt really terrible. The feeling stuck with me for a while. then yesterday i held a different girl and today i kind of feel the same way. I dont know what i am feeling but i hate it please help PLEASE
What do you mean by you "held" a girl. Do you mean you had your arm around her at the movies or held hands or something else? What was the "thing in the past?" Really not enough information here for anyone to help you.
Clearly some guilt that is causing you to be unable to have physical contact with women. Have you faced what happened? Spoke to a therapist or received forgiveness from the person or persons it happened to? Whats going on with this?
im not gay. i love the girl that i am with and i just feel like in the future il never get past this feeling
