Vyvanse and Sleep (Paxil, take, long)

I've been on 50mg of Vyvanse for about 8 weeks now and after 3 or 4 hours of sleep, I am wide awake. Am I taking it too late in the morning? I have been taking it around 8:30am, along with my paxil. Would switching the paxil from morning to night help? I even tried 10mg of Melantonin without much luck.

You need to talk to the Dr. who prescribed it. The dose could be too high. It's often a bit of trial and error to figure out what dose is right.

Take once daily in the morning with or without food
Avoid afternoon doses because of the potential for insomnia
Recommended starting dose: 30 mg
May be adjusted in increments of 10 mg or 20 mg at approximately weekly intervals
Maximum dose: 70 mg per day
