When I really need to sleep,I can sleep but I usually want to sleep at class and I am very tired but when I arrive home I can't sleep or I don't want to. I sleep eight hours and I am eighteen. I think I need to sleep 10 hours but I can't. At weekends I wake up at seven and half like every day or maybe one hour later. Sometimes I try so hard to not wake up that when I see the sun shining I believe that I woke up at 11 but I woke up at nine at most. Poor sleeping makes me tired.

Hi,

Don't worry too much over this. Try to have a medical check up and seek the advice of medical practitioner. Because this may be due to numerous reason like improper diet, hormonal change etc.

Why do you think you need to sleep 10 hours? At 18 I would think 7-8 hours would be plenty of sleep. If you're waking up after 7-8 hours your body is telling you that's enough sleep.
