Getting right to it, I am feeling lost and afraid. My life is going absolutely nowhere, and I Don't know where to get it to go in the first place. I'm at my grandmothers house in the middle of nowhere, with nowhere else to go, but I can't even look for a job here, and I'm too broke to do anything else. I'm afraid of my family members who can help me because they seem to get angry at random, and I don't want to get thrown out to die slowly of starvation, or whatever else might kiill me out there, and they are just about broke aswell and won't help me get elsewhere to try and get a job, and I'm not sure I could get a job anyway, and i just want my chance at life but I'm so worthless, and I have no opportunities And I don't know what to do. Is it just wait here forever in a meaningless existance of eating, sleeping, and spending the rest of my time online, or kill myself quickly and get it over with? I just don't see any other options anymore, and I'm leaning toward the second...


I'm just lost and afraid, and hope someone can help...

May I give you some advice here as below?

1. Think back upon what is your interest, characters, strong points and shortcoming? What kind of work and life do you want,office lady or boy, administration work, general help, self-employed, professional .e.g. therapist,IT guy, engineer,etc?

2. If you are not feeling well now, please just do more outdoor or social acitivies. e.g. jogging, playing baminton or tennis, swimming, dancing,barbecue. Do anything that can cheer you up and make you happy. This is very important for the possible challenge and the increasing of your confidence to life.

3. Please try to insist to be yourself.Never care or even close those negative comments or feelings out of your heart door or brain. You know what you want ,then just move to get it. That is all. If something is meaningful to you and make you feel good or beneficial ,then just do it. If it does no good to you, then just ignore it.

4. You need to be relax as possible as you can. By excercise or sports, you can increase your physical quality and possess better mentality and improve your negative attitude to work and life and of course to yourself. Sports is a good way to earn perseverance to work and life and career.

5. Make yourself a short-term, medium-term and long-term plan. You can divide the short-term plan into everyday or every week. Try to stick to this plan of your daily life , every week, and every month. With daily improvement by this perseverance, you will become better and better, more and more confident to life.

6. Try to get rid of the bad life habbit or internet or substance (e.g. alcoholic) addicition.

7. Try to use certain interest to improve your shortcoming of character. E.g. Reading poems can make one become smarter. Philosophy can make one deep in thoughts. Science training or courses can make one more logic and criticial thinking. Music can make one delightful and imaginable. Physical building can make one more stronger and handsomer.

8. If possible ,seek the help or advice from professionals of local community.

9. Stop endless internet surfing, online chatting and posting, do valuable things in valuable time.

All of the above, plus go help someone else---gardening for an elderly person, making your grandmother's life easier by doing household chores, and volunteering somewhere.
