Alright so let me start off by saying my life isnt altogether very stressful. Im only 16 and i dont know why i feel like this and im not sure who to ask, or even i would be able to. Im very shy and have plenty of social anxiety. Ive always been introverted so i dont think the lack of outside stimulus is whats causing my issue. Being alone or quite has never affected me to badly (other than not leaving my house unless necessary). But recently (as in the last 5 months or so) i started feeling burnt out on everything. For example ill watch a video or whatever but then ill just sit and be "bored" even though there are plenty of things i could, or should, be doing. I want to do things but i just dont have the motivation to do it. Its been getting to me lately and sometimes it makes me upset. I know i shouldnt feel this way, and its starting to scare me. I dont really want to worry my parents about it if its just a phase, but i just want to know whats wrong, or any way to fix it. Also, when i start to feel this was i get stressed and start biting my nails and get a sick, tighting feeling in my stomach. (Kind of like stage fright, or the feeling of anticipating something bad about to happen).Thank you. Sorry if i rambled on a little to much.

Hun, I certainly do think you should talk to your folks about this. I'm a mom and I would like to know if my child was feeling this way. You may be going through a phase but you may have some depression too or some toxicity from something like sick building syndrome, which can cause some of what you're experiencing. Also it sounds like you have some anxiety and that can be really hard to deal with, so please talk to your folks.
