It is not normal to feel that way. 21 is a great time. Go out and enjoy life. Find a nice 18-19 year old woman.

I need your opinions about age 21, is it too old? I feel like i cant do anything this age anymore like i did in my late teens, i feel very nostalgic about the past, i feel like im peaking in appearance and looks and aging fast to the point where i look like im 30 already.

the difference between 16 and 21 is 5 years not that bad, but I still feel so old since im not a teen anymore and now im an adult.
Mod cut.. Cherish the moments now, before you are old, grey, and bald.

Well yeah. You and everyone because right now, you ARE older than you've ever been.

Are you overweight? Even 5 lbs. of extra flab can make a person look older. Get fit if you're not.

Lol the OP started this thread in the relationships forum and it was moved to the mental health forum

Technically we start aging at around 21, but I think we start getting old around 35.

I wish I was 21 again I am 44 now. Do I act my age all of the time? No! Do I still have fun? Yes? But I can't do the same things I did when I was 21. I could stay out till 4am, then get up at 8 am to be at my college class at 9am. Now I am in bed my 10 pm on weekdays and If I am lucky and can stay awake 11pm on weekends. I used to go out dancing and drinking all night at 21 now 1 drink and few dances and I am done LOL. I used to love all kinds of amusement rides now after one rollercoaster I feel dizzy LOL. You might feel old physically but 21 is not old. I remember when I was a kid and 57 was considered a senior citizen, now some people are living into their 80's and 90's. 40 years ago if you made it to age 40 you were lucky.
