If this is the wrong section sorry folks. If somebody can move it that'd be great.

My buddy and I like to drive around on back roads kind of near our area. We make a left here right there sort of get lost. We've done this a few times and make it back. It's fun to get turned around in the middle of nowhere. We did this again Saturday and he brought his 18 year old son for the first time. Among his mental problems are forgetting to shower which I didn't know was an issue he had or maybe he's a teen with no parent telling him to. It was probably 3 days of teen body odor built up. My friend picked me up and I got in the front seat where his son had been. It smelled horrible. A day later I told my friend he should have had his son shower or left him home. He said he couldn't make his son shower. Does anyone else have a friend with a smelly kid they don't like hanging around? I've coped with the mental problems over the years but didn't really appreciate this. A heads up by my friend or just not even inviting me to go would have been nice.

So what should he have said "My son smells, but would you like to come for a ride?"
Can't you just open the window??...for a buddy???

Roll down the window. Is this a real problem? If you have raised kids, you would smell things much worse. Just roll down a window. If the boy was stinky, feel free to say "boy, you need a shower and a bar of deodorant".

But to be so upset about it,...thinking there is issues with you.

This was a 30 degree night or I imagine the windows would have been down and I never notice the smell. And god no I don't have kids.
