Does anyone know of a good health insurance plan with good mental health benefits (doctor visits, medication, counseling) if I live in California, am in my mid 20s, female, unemployed? I'm looking at the Covered California website but don't know which to chose. I don't know if I would qualify for Medi-Cal as I believe you can only have $3k or less in your bank account? I'm not sure though. Thank you,
