You cannot expunge your medical history because you got better.

That's right. However, if you are cured or the condition has improved, the records should state so.
You can request a copy of your records, and check for that yourself. If you dont see it stated, contact your doctor to find out the reasons/discuss correction.

It would be in your chart that you no longer have it if it's been discussed with your doctor/you're no longer being treated for it. Talk to your doctor to make sure.
It'll always be there...a complete and accurate medical history is important.

It's called a "history" for a reason.

Truly...maybe time to seek help for paranoia...

I'd be "paranoid" if I had that in my records.

I'll share a sad but sort of funny story about my husband's medical history. The last time that he was in the ER the nurse said "It says here that he uses marijuana. How much and how often does he use it?" I said "What?!?! We have been married for over 40 years and he never used it during our marriage. He tried marijuana a couple of times in the early 1970s and did not like it." The nurse said "I'll remove it from his list of current medical issues."

yep!!! that's what comes from being honest with your doctor.
Not worth it at all.
Even if you have one alcoholic drink a year that'll go down in your "lifestyles" as a drinker.
