Have strong self esteem and do what is best for you, don't worry what others think. Find and participate in common interest/social groups. Talking to a shrink good...you need to take action also. Good to check T level...you can naturally increase it also by going to the GYM. Possibly some medication if depression/anxiety...however it will get better with some form of consistent exercise if you work at it too!
