I take "Calm" which is magnesium. Follow the direction as you drink it hot and it comes in flavors but I like the lemon. I take it before I go to bed. Nice ...

Good luck.

Magnesium isn't really an herb but most people with anxiety have extremely low magnesium levels and it does help, if not alleviate stress and anxiety.

Try taking 250 mg of Magnesium citrate three times a day or when you feel anxious.

Ok, then well forget I said Magnesium, it's NOT a herb, but don't you go and copy me.

I wasn't being a smart alec. I think that a lot of people lump herbs and supplements into the same category.
Herbs are usually made up of a combination of chemicals that over the years have been found to help certain symptoms.
Unfortunately as an herb might be good for some, the same herb may have adverse effects for others.

Most herbal supplements aren't reliable as the dosages aren't regulated and they are grown using a lot of pesticides.

But............ a combination of magnesium and calcium does a great job.
5 htp is also another supplemental product used to treat anxiety.

I wasn't either, just a little harmless humor. I'll rep you.
