Do you mean will it help a Mexican to get a job in Mexico or will it help an American to get a job in Mexico?

If the former, I'd say the more education the better. A Mexican employer might prefer a Mexican college they know over an American college they don't but the skills and knowledge acquired will be beneficial either way.

If the latter, it's not really a matter of your skills and education so much as whether the position can or cannot be filled by a qualified Mexican. Mexico protects their employment market as any nation should. I don't know if the specific implementation is similar to American H1B but the concept is similar in that employer has to meet criteria and obtain permits and work authorization to hire a non-Mexican. My opinion is that a community college degree probably isn't going to qualify you for many such opportunities.

Yes, but you have to validate your degree in Mexico.

If a student finished his / her university career in any of the two countries or any other, it is valid only if he / she has a professional title, otherwise only some credits will be valid (this can vary greatly depending on the career and years study).

Next, web pages are provided where information about the procedures and requirements to validate their studies in each country is provided.

Studies done in the UNITED STATES to revalidate in MEXICO
In the case of Mexico, a new direction of the SEP has already been created to provide these services: the SINCREE (National System of Credits, Revalidation and Equivalences of Studies). The requirements for each academic level are below.
