Huasteco ship leaving for Haiti.
The Mexican ship is carrying more than 200 tons of humanitarian help to assist the victims of the earthquake.

The hospital ship "Huasteco" of the Mexican Navy sailed today leaving from the port of Veracruz with destination to Haiti.
The flagship that parted today at 15:00, has a total of 125 crewmen, which is composed of marines, rescue teams, militar and civilian doctors.
The flagship, carries food, bottled water, water treatment plants, mats, blankets, medicines, first aid material, vaccines, in the inside of it there is an operating room and healing, sterilization and recuperation areas, beds and also a panther helicopter adapted for search and rescue.
The commander of the Third Naval Zone, Sergio Lara Montellanos, informed that it'll take them four days to reach Haiti, where they will assist the population that was affected by the earthquake.
"The orders that we have from President Felipe Calderon, is that this flagship had to sail as soon as possible, we are estimating that around 160 to 200 tons of diverse products are being sent", he stated.
The humanitarian aid was donated by several dependencies and organisms, like the Mexican red cross, The department of social development, and the Federal and State institute of families.
"We'll give medical attention to the affected population and we'll realize rescue labors, by air and ground, depending on the situations we face, 3 doctors and 9 paramedics come along", he said.
