President Calderon announced the the largest foreign investment ever in history of Mexico as the German Company Q-Cells will open a 3.5 Billion U.S. dollar Solar Plant in Mexicali, Baja California as it will create 4,500 jobs directly and 13,000 jobs indirectly.
