Greetings All,
Need advice on making my plans for relocation to MTY soem time this June
The office is at Col. Lagrange San Nicolás de los Garza,Monterrey
What would be average rental for 1 bedroom bath kitchen house/apt/home
What woud be cost of living for a person,ball park figure,over San Nicolás with no Flashy life style just occasional travel and eating out
Hows the tranport in the city
how easy its to find a place to rent once i am there

Its very easy, you can check avisos.elnorte.com to see how much are the rents on that zone.

I recommend you to look for a student-room, department or home in the next sectors:

- Anahuac
- Las Puentes
- San Nicolas Centro
- Roble
- Iturbide

Those are near of your work zone and are middle class zones, very nice and industrial citi.
