I know this is not a question about Mexico, but this is a recipe can can't find in the states... can anyone in Mexico, or from Mexico, help?
I need to know everything from the cut or Pork, to the spices, how long to cook it, etc. There are some recipes online- but I want to know what ones you have made. I don't want to try to make this 15 times before finding a good recipe.

I've made this one Tacos al Pastor Recipe at Epicurious.com but since I'm not so fond of pineapple, I substituted more OJ and added more cumin because I like it hotter than most folks.
