Last Call in Monterrey? (live, eat, dinner, places)

What is Last Call in Monterrey? What time do they stop serving alcohol at Clubs and everyone has to go home in Monterrey?

Have never been to Monterey but lived in Mexico City.

The places opened up at 8:30 PM and closed at 4 AM.

There were many Taco places that were busy from early evening hrs until the late or early Am hrs with people eating to offset the nights drinking. Very common for many to get a bite between 8 PM and 12 midnight as the norm since the normal dinner hr (comer) is between 1-3 in the afternoon. People do get hungry.

I went the ritual many times when living there.
