This is the first time I attempt to ask for help on this forum.

Okay, here's the story: I need to help a family I know find a 2 bedroom apartment for around 950 a month. This isn't impossible, and I know for a fact that there are several places in fountainebleau, kendall (by dadeland), and I'm trying to stick to those areas.

And please don't suggest anywhere in downtown 'cause they're trying to relocate from that area.

Mkay! If anyone knows of anywhere in the aforementioned areas, please let me know.

Try Horizon West and Peppermill at Kendall. Some desperate homeowners who cannot find rentersmeeting their high prices will be willing to negotiate and reduce rent for around that price. Also, search on craiglist, you might find a good bargain around a better area.

Is Hialeah out of the question for you? If it's not I know of a place where my brother got a 2/1, private balcony, plenty of parking and central a/c.
