Hy guys.
Thanks for your support as always...

In the case I'll be in Miami for a long period, to manage a business, and I would like to buy an used car...

What will I have to do ?

I'm Italian and i'm 24 with a regular italian car license.

Will I have to pass a drive test ? take some classes ? Before buying it ? Isn't my european license enough ?

and...

what are car ownership costs in Florida ?

In Italy (in europe I say...) we pay an annual ownership tax and and annual whole coverage insurance.

To make an example, In Italy you'll spend 500 euro for ownership tax and 500 for insurance...for a big SUV car. About.

Can you show me an average example for anHummer H3 or an Audi Q7 ?

THANKS GUYSSSSSSSS
Marco

I am not aware of any specific requirements about needing a license to register a car, but I believe you can drive for upto a year on an international license. Confirm this at the Florida DMV site:

Florida DMV | Department of Motor Vehicles Guide

You will have to pay a yearly registration fee (much less than in Europe) and Insurance. The insurance rates vary from state to state and city to city. Unfortunately Miami has some of the worst drivers, and highest rates, in the country. The exact amount will vary depending on coverage and you should shop around, but may be $2000 per year.

Check this link for tips on buying a used car:

Some of my friends from France were able to get a US driver's license by just presenting their french driver's license, no test needed.

You will have to pay a 1 year registration fee ($50 at most) and have insurance which can be as low as $150-180 a month.

Gas is like $2.70 a gallon for regular and parking depends on your living/work situation.
