Well.... I was surprise the other day when I bought groceries in a little grocery store and they charge me 8% sales taxes instead of 7.0 % (Miami Dade County Florida Rate) I want to know if it's legal?????!!!!

What city were you in? I'm not aware of any City Sales Tax in Miami-Dade, but its possible.
