when i moved to miami i hadn't driven in many many years and i was very apprehensive about driving. miami unfortunately is filled with horrible drivers, but i think for your sanity (and hers as well) she's going to have to bite the bullet and deal with driving. if you have to run around dropping her off/picking her up you will lose your mind. you will spend so much time in traffic it willl be awful.
