does anyone know anything about ten museum park in downtown? I looked at pictures and it looks beautiful, but not sure about the area and the reality of the building (residents, capacity, location, etc..) If anyone has any info or opinions please share! Also what are your thoughts on the Epic, One Miami and 50 Biscayne. Just looking for a feel of these buildings and how they compare to each other..I dont know much about them.

I can talk to you about the area, but not the buildings though.

i saw a 2/2 in 10 Museum Park and several condos @ 50 Biscayne. IMO 10 Museum Park is more clean and the pool area is not that dirty. I saw apartments in One Miami, too but the building looked boring and old... never been to Epic but i preferred Ten Museum.

But in comparison 900 Biscayne, 50 Biscayne, Ten Museum, and the buildings nearby I LOVED the east and west view apartments @ 900 Biscayne...

One Miami isn't really old, but you're right, the buildings aren't kept up well, IMO. The entire complex has A LOT of units and many are for sale. It's such a shame that their prime site/location is home to buildings like those.

I remember reading that parking is valet-ONLY due to the design of the garage. I for one would hate having to use a valet multiple times a day on a regular basis...ever considered valet parking to go to the grocery store? Not me! More of an inconvenience than a luxury.

i'm looking to rent. just wondering about the area and if the building actually has people as it seems to be slightly isolated.

The building is isolated. Your better off in Brickell....
