I found a very beautiful Single Family on Palm Island a few month ago. It was 4700$ per month. Unbelivable. I googled the owner and found out that it this is a very big FAKE. I found it on vacationhomerentals.com and some other vacation home websites....

Crazy Crazy Crazy...Is this proceeding regular when renting a Condo or is this just in the newer one`s? I saw so many rentals in Condos without that high security deposits...
