There's cuban pizza, I ate it once, Reys pizza. It was ok, not great, like most chain store pizzas.

Two suggestions: Order a ''Hawaiian Pizza." It's a favorite among many Cubans. Dominos makes it, and you can order it spicy.
For less mundane, go to Andiamo's on Biscayne and about 55 street.

Frankie's Pizza since the 1950s. Famous actually among pizza aficionados. Take out only or eat at the counter. No seats.

I cant speak for pizza - but a longstanding Italian place in Miami is the Big Cheese - its near UM off Ludlam - the dishes are huge and delicious - its kind of a dive - but tons of families - and great food. I miss Big Cheese so very much!

Pizza in Miami sucks, I wouldn't want to replicate it.

I have been in Miami for 20 years and the best pizza is Rosinella in South Beach. A bit pricey maybe but the closer ever got to italian pizza.

There's not really a Miami style of pizza per se, but there are a lot of restaurants here that try to replicate other styles, mostly NY pizza. I don't know if that's what you're looking for but whatever.

Frankie's Pizza is Miami's oldest pizzeria to my knowledge. They have been in business for over 55 years. The pizza is out of this world when eaten straight out of the oven. The crust is so crispy and melts in your mouth. It's located on 91st and bird road.
